As an experienced development service provider, we know exactly what’s important when it comes to commencement of manufacturing, production itself, storage and shipping of medical devices. We cooperate with certified national partners and suppliers, and we do the final assembly and testing in-house.

Our services:

• NPI, pilot run and series production
  Especially in a global environment with the increasing importance of quality and costs, it is necessary to intermesh development and the transition to production early on. This is the only way “design for cost”, testability, manufacturability and reliability can be taken into account. After creating the prototype, we will transfer your product to the pilot run, thereby ensuring a successful series start with extensive tests.
  
  
• Material management
  Of course, we will also procure the material for your modules. Here, we already ensure component availability during development. Thanks to our worldwide supplier network and special cooperation contracts with manufacturers and distributors, we can always guarantee high material quality and an optimal price-to-performance ratio.
  
  
• PCB assembly
  For PCB assembly, we cooperate with the business segment Medical Electronics & Imaging Solutions of Siemens Healthcare, particularly for products with FDA approval. Based on a “preferred partnership program”, we profit from very low material prices, which we naturally pass on to our customers.
  
  
• Module assembly – small and medium batch sizes
  We will take over the wiring, cabling and assembly of electronic modules, circuits and complete devices. Meeting the requirements of medical technology, we have oriented our production capacities to batch sizes between 100 and 1000 per year. Of course, if necessary, we can product batch sizes of over 5000.

• Final inspection and testing
  Our production process is subject to continuous quality control. Here, our test engineers use extensive standard testing equipment and sometimes fabricate their own special test equipment according to your requirements, which allows your module to undergo specific quality testing. Our testing and measuring methods are based on a boundary scan, in-circuit tests, flying probe and product-specific electrical function tests.
