As a full service provider in medical engineering, we will take over the entire logistics process after the development and production of your device. Our main objective is to provide the goods at the right time and in the desired quantity at the planned location. 

Our services:

• Warehousing and disposition

  We would be happy to plan and operate a consignment warehouse for you, and will supply to you according to the Kanban method. Thanks to “just-in-time” delivery, you get your goods exactly when you want them and profit from minimum warehousing costs.

• Consignment sales
  On request, we will label and package your device according to your specifications. If possible, we will use product-specific reusable or shuttle packaging. Customer-, application- and country-specific consignment is possible, even for small quantities. 
  
  
• Shipping worldwide
  We will take over the worldwide shipping of your products. Here, we will work with established packaging service providers and shipping agents, and will even deliver your devices to the end customer, on request. In addition to order processing, we will also take care of the export and customs formalities.

• After-sales service, STK and MTK
  We will take care of the complete after-sales service, such as maintenance, spare part procurement, repairs, refurbishment and return/complaint management.
