Project management:

We treat every development job – from module adaptation to the development of a complete device – as an independent project. Here, each project is custom-made, since the decisive criteria are your requirements, and these require individual procedures. We take on both the development projects as well as the subtasks of larger projects.

Our development process follows the V model. This describes a clearly defined procedure, from the writing of the specification document to the development of modules. In each project phase, the achieved results are compared with the original requirements and specifications.  This way, potential deviations are recognized early on and can be corrected, so that deadlines, costs and the development plan all stay under control.
