BlueSense Easy

BlueSense Easy is a miniaturized Bluetooth module for the simple integration of a serial Bluetooth communication system in your own applications. The Baud rate for the UART communication can either be configured via commands or via I/O pins. The BlueSense Easy can be operated both as a master or a slave and achieves data transmission rates of up to 230.4 kbps.

Not only its small size (11.8 x 12.6 x 1.9 mm) and low current consumption (e.g. max. 1.4 mA in “connectable” state) makes it special, but also its flexible fields of application: The communication protocol allows the use in medical and safety-critical areas and provides the Serial Port Profile (SPP), the Dial-Up Networking Profile (DUN) and a simplified Object Push Profile (OPP).

After the connection has been established and any necessary pairing processes have been completed, data is exchanged between the master and slave. You can quickly and inexpensively retrofit your own application with BlueSense Easy without having to become familiar with the technical details of Bluetooth technology. If needed, it is possible to provide BlueSense Easy on other CSR-compatible Bluetooth modules or to license the used Corscience software.
