Corscience was awarded with the Bavarian Innovation Prize on May 18, 2004 for the development of an innovative automatic external defibrillator.
IHK Founder Prize
Corscience was awarded the IHK Founder Prize on July 23, 2004 for dynamic growth and high employee motivation.
SoftMed Prize
Corscience was awarded the SoftMed Prize 2004 for the best presentation at the "High-Tech-Kärwa" of the IGZ on July 12, 2004.
Visit from Dr. Edmund Stoiber
At the formal opening of the IZMP (Innovation and Founding Center for Medical Engineering and Pharmaceuticals) on May 12, 2003, the Bavarian Minister President Dr. Edmund Stoiber also visited the new Corscience offices!
Visit from Dr. Siegfreid Balleis and Erwin Huber (MdL)
On March 8, 2004, the mayor of Erlangen, Dr. Siegfreid Balleis, and Erwin Huber (MdL), director of the Bavarian Public Office and Secretary of State for Federal Affairs and Management Reform, visited our company to get an idea of what innovative developments are currently in progress. They seemed to be especially enthusiastic about the presentation of the developed automatic external defibrillator (AED) and the idea of early defibrillation.
